Can I enjoy free shipping?
All orders within the 48 contiguous states qualify for standard free shipping. However, please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, or internationally.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Most orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, with an additional 4-5 business days in transit for delivery. Larger parcel orders may take 2-3 business days to ship, with an extended transit time of 10-12 business days for delivery.
Can I choose my preferred carrier?
We primarily utilize FedEx ground service for shipping and partner with professional LTL freight carriers for larger items and bulk orders.
Payment Information
Do you charge sales taxes?
As required by law, we have registered to collect sales tax in states, . Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. Please note that your order(s) will be taxed unless valid tax exemption documentation has been received prior to order placement. Please contact us for additional questions or support.
What if I've already paid but heard nothing?
Typically, you'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email within 30 minutes after successfully completing payment. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, verify if the payment was successful by reviewing your credit card or PayPal account.
How long will it take to get my package?

Why had my payment been declined?
Multiple order attempts within a 24-hour period or incorrect billing information may result in a declined payment. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. If your order is detected as fraudulent, you may be refunded.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return my order?
We accept returns of saleable merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For returns caused by customers' remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc., the return cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and your return is approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, with refunds typically expected 1-4 business days after processing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order any time before it is processed to avoid additional charges. After processing, you have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations without incurring charges. Subsequent changes or cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee.
